Who can join? 

Customers invited based on their experiences, interests, and engagement with Tire Rack. 

How do I participate?

You’ll receive invitations to surveys, polls, and discussions via email or within the community platform. Click the links to participate at your convenience.

Do I have to participate in every study?

No. Participation is flexible. You can choose the studies that interest you most. Every response, big or small, helps us improve.

How long do studies take? 

Studies vary: some polls take just a minute, while in-depth surveys or discussions may take 10–15 minutes. 

How do I earn points? 

You earn points for every study, poll, or discussion you complete. Bigger or more in-depth activities usually earn more points. 

How can I redeem points? 

Points can be exchanged for rewards in the rewards section of the site. That will take you to Tremendous, where you can redeem your points for a gift card of your choosing or, you can donate your points to a charitable organization.

Do points expire? 

Points expire after 12 months if you haven’t ever redeemed.
